Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Callback, a web app that turns show recordings into short social-media clips, hosted at callback.show. Callback is operated by Whittleworks LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. In these terms "we", "us", and "Callback" refer to Whittleworks LLC. By signing in and using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Callback lets you upload or import video recordings, generates clip suggestions using AI, and exports edited vertical video clips. The service is provided as-is while still in early development.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share your login. Don't use Callback to process content you don't have rights to upload.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You grant Callback a limited license to store, process, transcode, and transmit your videos to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, solely to operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and process any video you put into Callback. You are responsible for clearing performer, music, and venue rights before publishing exported clips.

Acceptable use

Don't use Callback to:

Teams and shared projects

You can create a "team" in Callback and invite other people as members. Members can be assigned an Owner, Editor, or Viewer role. Projects in a team are visible to every member of that team based on their role; analyses of those projects consume the team's shared monthly quota (if the team has a paid plan) instead of any individual member's personal quota.

Team owners are responsible for who they add and what content their team processes. If you remove a member, they immediately lose access to all team-owned projects.

Google Drive imports

If you import a video from Google Drive, you are granting Callback temporary access to read only the file you explicitly pick (the drive.file scope). We use that access once to copy the file into our storage and then discard the access token. See the Privacy Policy for details.

YouTube integrations

Callback offers two YouTube features. Both use the youtube.readonly scope and are strictly read-only against your own account.

By using either feature, you confirm that you have the rights to download, store, and modify the videos on the connected channel — for example because you own the channel and the underlying content. If you don't, don't connect the channel. Callback isn't a YouTube downloader for third-party content; we use these scopes only to help creators work with their own recordings.

You can disconnect auto-import at any time from the team panel, or revoke Callback's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AI-generated suggestions

Clip suggestions, transcripts, and other outputs are produced by third-party AI services and may contain errors. Review everything before publishing. We don't guarantee accuracy or suitability for any purpose.

Availability

Callback is an early-stage product and may go down, lose data, or change behavior without notice. We aim to keep it running but make no uptime promises. Videos and derived artifacts are auto-deleted 30 days after last modification — export your clips before then. Teams on a paid plan may have a longer agreed retention window; the Billing panel for your team shows the effective number.

Fees

Callback's free tier allows one analysis per month with a watermarked output. Paid plans charge per minute of source video analyzed; re-analysis of a project is always free. Personal subscriptions are managed in-app via Stripe. Team plans (shared monthly quota across all team members) are currently provisioned manually — contact us to set one up.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over once a subscription is canceled.

Termination

You can delete your account any time by emailing callback.show@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whittleworks LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
